This Week’s Notices

Sunday

The flowers in the sanctuary have been provided by Sylvia Burt in thanksgiving for her marriage to Bill, as last Wednesday the 18th would have been their 70th anniversary.

Fundraising for Send a Cow.  Patricia and Christabel Ashby are doing a free-fall abseil this weekend (weather permitting!) from the ArcelorMittal Orbit.  This is the final stage of Patricia’s 70th birthday fundraising for Send a Cow which now aims to reach a minimum of £1,450 needed to raise a family out of poverty and make them self-sufficient (with education, tools, seeds, animals, etc.) over the next 3-5 years. If you would like to donate, please go to https://www.justgiving.com/ fundraising/patricia-ashby  or put your contribution in a blue envelope marked “Send a Cow”. Very many thanks.
