In 2007, Scouting celebrates 100 Years of challenge and adventure.
In the UK Scouting has 500,000 members and across the world 28 million people have joined the adventure.
Scouting offers more than 200 activities from abseiling to zorbing (rolling down a hill in a giant plastic ball!), teaches boys and girls new skills, and above all its great fun!
At the 6th Southgate, our aim is to enrich the lives of young people and bring to them the opportunity of adventure and challenge. Our program consists of activities and games, community service, adventure, challenge and the opportunity to learn new skills. We provide a balanced program but most importantly scouting should be about having fun!
