How to Find Us
Tube
You may find Transport for London useful in planning your journey.
The nearest tube station is Southgate which is on the Piccadilly Line.
From Southgate Station: Map
- There is a roundabout immediately outside the tube station.
- Take the High Street exit from the roundabout for half a mile
- At the Green, you will see the Cherry Tree Pub on the left and you should turn right along The Green (leading to Waterfall Rd.)
- You will see the Christ Church facing you as you make the turn.
- This is a walk of approximately 10 minutes.
Alternatively, you can catch a 298, 299, W6 or 121 bus to The Green from outside the station.
From Arnos Grove Station: Map
- On exiting the tube, turn left along Bowes Rd.
- Turn left at Wilmer Way and carry on up Cannon Hill.
- At the top of Cannon Hill, you will see The Green with the Cherry Tree Pub on your right.
- Turn left into The Green leading to Waterfall Rd. and you will see Christ Church facing you.
- The walk takes approximately 20 minutes.
Alternative 1:
You can also catch a 298 bus from the opposite side of Bowes Rd to the station, to the Green.
Alternative 2:
During day light hours, you may walk through Arnos Grove Park.
- On exiting the tube, turn left along Bowes Rd.
- Take the first turning to the left along Arnos Rd.
- At the end of the road is a park entrance.
- Take the main path straight across the park and you will emerge at Morton Crescent.
- Cross directly over the roundabout to Arnos Grove and walk up the hill to The Green.
- At the top of the hill, you will see the Green with the Cherry Tree Pub on your right.
- Turn left onto The Green and you will see Christ Church.
By Car
You may find a route planner useful if you are coming to one of our concerts or events. There is a free car park opposite the church, another behind Church House and additional parking on the streets around The Green.
