The 6th Southgate (Christ Church) Scout Group comprises Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. The groups meet in the Scout Hut at the Walker Ground. Their aim is to enrich the lives of young people and bring to them the opportunity of adventure and challenge. Their program consists of activities and games, community service, adventure, challenge and the opportunity to learn new skills. They provide a balanced program of learning opportunities but most importantly believe scouting should be about having fun!
Our Scout Group joins us for our annual Remembrance Sunday service.
We also have links with the Hatters Explorer Scout Unit.
